SELF-LOVE workshop

The Meditation & Self-Compassion is an 7 modul self-study workshop that is centered around creating a loving and kinder relationship with yourself. In this workshop, you’ll learn the foundation of creating a consistent meditation practice while enhancing your connection with your true self through self-compassion. Each day, you will be guided through a guided meditations and prompted to investigate the the blocks of your heart and limiting belief structures that is prohibiting you from having a heartfelt relationship with yourself and the world around you.

The relationship we have with ourselves is the most important one, how we consciously and subconsciously feel and belief about ourselves bleed into every relationship we have and the actions and decisions we take throughout our lives. Yet so many spend their lives associating with the voice inside their head as facts, this workshop will help you detach and differentiate the real you vs. the monkey mind.

This workshop is for everyone and anyone.


This workshop will be administered through guided meditations and written exercises. The meditations will support you in creating new neural pathways and the journal prompts for deeper cognitive integration.

Throughout these weeks you will be guided to become a consistent meditator as we will uncover the most common misbeliefs around meditation that prohibits many from having a consistent practice. This is a grounded approach to meditation focusing on the brain and heart connectivity to create a more loving and kinder relationship to oneself. 

This program is well suited for the one who wish to reduce stress, angst, negative and limiting thinking and want to live an empowered life rooted in self-compassion and love. 

One of my energetic gifts is to speak light language that activates others, I do it through my writings and my speaking, as well as how I facilitate space for others.

These guided meditations are activated with light language and instrumental music that withhold the frequencies to remove blocks. These can be blocks around the heart, or limiting beliefs. The guided meditations enables the subconscious mind and heart to connect, and by doing so opening up the heart chakra for it flow. 

The journal prompting will assist the meditations to gain more clarity. This workshop is all about taking inventory of how you’ve been settling in, while unraveling the limitations of why you have been settling in past. It involves re-wiring the mind and awakening the heart chakra. 

At the end of the course, you’ll have learned the tools behind creating a loving and compassionate relationship with yourself and how to integrate this practice into your daily life. You’ll also have gained community support and a better understanding of your most authentic self.
